I graduated high school in 1985.

I was not old enough to vote for Ronald Reagan, BUT! our senior class trip participated in CLOSEUP and special arrangements were made for us to attend the very same week of the Inauguration. Unfortunately, we ended up sitting in the hotel room watching it on TV anyway, because that CLOSEUP trip became known as the "1985 CLOSEUP Inauguration FREEZE-OUT" - I still have the button that says it! It was still FUN FUN FUN!

My favorite band in 1985 was Men At Work.

I can't remember too much right now, but I do remember how much fun I had and how I was looking forward to college, and all the great music of the time.
