Great!
I posted the original article about this guy. It attracted a lot of responses and probably the attention of Rush and others.
FR led the way on this one.

"Many in Sweden have expressed shock and dismay at Hjertströms eye-for-an-eye approach."
What is the DEAL with this country? Could they possibly be any bigger pansies? Could these possibly be the descendants of the Vikings?

Theyre not twiddling their thumbs, declares Hjertström, revealing that he has received confirmation that two of [the kidnappers] have already been taken care of. When asked to elaborate on the fate of the purportedly captured men, the Swede says he hasnt inquired but has his suspicions.
We are just deluged with good news.
Of course Tricky Dicky Durbin, Boxer, Pelosi Galore, Dean and Kennedy will be outraged.

This guy did it right. Hire Iraqis. It would be much harder for an American or Euro hit man ... assuming you could find one.

Contracting murder, even a foreign a country, is a crime.
Personally, I'd list it under "vermin extermination," a Euroweenie couldn't let it go at that...

The Swedes haven't been in a war for nearly 200 years, one would suspect that might be formative in the national consciousness when it comes to the idea of defense.

This guy deserves to be put on a postage stamp. Nice to know there remains at least some red blood in the Swedes.

Contracting murder, even a foreign a country, is a crime.Perhaps, but I think this is a "wobbler"; for instance, if a civilian kills an enemy combatant in a war zone is that murder?

I think that this is great, don't let the punk/terrorists get away with this stuff.
My only question is how can the former hostage know all of the kidnappers. The bounty hunters would be incentivised to bring home bodies and there is no shortage of bad guys to hunt.. Will they be the ones that kidnapped him?
