Did you all hear Margaret Carlson say that the soldiers at Fort Bragg did not applaud because they knew of all the problems in Iraq.
Of all the effete [if a woman can be effete], smug, condescending, group-think, nasty, self-satisfied, vicious inside-the-Beltway liberals I can't stand, Margaret Carlson is near the very top of the list.
I don't know if anyone has posted this yet, but this morning on Rush Limbaugh, he addressed that very comment and a one of the enlisted soldiers that was at the speech said that the military didn't applaud because GW Bush is their Commander in Chief and it is out of respect for him that they withhold their applause. He also said they are behind President Bush. The libs are so ignorant.
I know! I guess the dummy didn't get clued into the information that the soldiers were told to specifically not clap cause they didn't want the speech to be like a pep rally. The troops love W, but did what they were instructed to do!
