If by "democracy" they mean over-reaching bureaucracies bent on perpetuating their own worthless existence, I'd say, "You're damn straight."

As Hillary said when she was Madame President, "We need to rethink the Internet."

Oh yeah. Too much truth telling."So we're going to have to deal with that."

When she talks about jumping ahead of the status quo, she means many of us on the Internet were wise to her and Bill from the first. Dealing with the Internet is just another facet of the Clintons' Arkancide policy, which was such a help to them in those rough years.

Actually, I might write a sourced article for Free Republic that explores the correlation between the fielding of new devices for crowd control, and the sudden lust for removing individual liberties.

This is as big as a complete gun grab. Just as important. The Left and maybe some RINO[s] in the FEC need to decimate the New Media network. That's all it is.

People kept saying, "Naw, this is an urban myth... urban myth..."

Here's from the Fox News Report:

"Historically, the FEC has left the Internet alone, but it is under a federal court order to apply some campaign finance rules to cyberspace."

Who is going to call this an urban myth, now????!!!!

Now, RIGHT ON THE HEELS OF EMINENT DOMAIN, THIS! Just consider, if Bush can't get an originalist through to the Supreme Court, we are COOKED.

I guess the Left and their two-faced flunkies have decided, "Now or never, boys! Let's go for broke and choke this new media off."

"Hillary knows that if she is to have any chance of being elected President she must first neutralize the inter net and talk radio."

You don't go raiding 900 FBI files, get away with it, and then suddenly lose all power and ambition. They are dangerous. They could well be the string pullers on this.

Bottom of article.

"TV networks can broadcast and newspapers can publish hard-charging political editorials without violating campaign finance laws under a journalist exemption. Bloggers want to be included in the exemption, leaving the FEC to decide whether bloggers are journalists."

To DECIDE? We don't deserve the same protection that journalists have? WHAT????!!!!! Excellent point by the writer. Almost gets it. WE DO... deserve the same protection. DO. Why not? We don't lie enough?

WE HAVE FREE PRESS! WE HAVE FREE SPEECH! NO WAY! NO FRIGGING WAY !!!!!!!!!!!! can they justify this claim Constitutionally!

" ...[stupid] FEC won't win this..."

I think they have us over a barrell this time.

Don't forget, there's a court order forcing the FEC into this. I think they did pick a wicked, effective time to strike. What little energy is out thre this weekend is spread thin. That was not a stupid move. Talk radio will be lin la-la land tomorrow. It's a blitz.

--Attention is on Rove and that tea-sipping jerk, Wilson, right now.
--Attention is on beer for the 4th.
--Attention is on Gitmo.
--Attention is on Eminent Domain.
--Attention is on the new judicial slot.

Trying to rally any shred of activism right now could be pointless. We may have to fight tooth-and-nail after the fact.

We should have the same constitutional protection that a TV anchor has. Just because we don't spin left, the courts want that taken away from us. But what will they say Tuesday?

Please pray for our country. This forum and the bloggers are the Free World's best manmade hope.

FRegards....
