Montgomery County Police are searching for a group of men who claimed to be members of the MS-13 street gang and stabbed a man Sunday night after a soccer game in Gaithersburg. The victim, a 30-year-old Hispanic man, was found by police on a field at Gaithersburg Middle School at about 9:18 p.m., police said. He suffered minor injuries and was flown to a local hospital for treatment. The victim and other players were talking after an adult pickup soccer game when they were approached by a group of young Hispanic men wearing bandanas over their faces, police said. They announced that they were members of MS-13 and were carrying knives and bats. One said he had a gun. Concern about gangs in Montgomery County has been growing. As many as 22 gangs with 560 members might be active in the county, according to a report issued in September by a task force set up to study the problem in Prince George's and Montgomery counties. The gangs have a strong presence in Gaithersburg, Wheaton, Rockville and Takoma Park.

It will be so much better when Bush dissolves the borders and these nice young men will be able to travel freely and murder anyone they want.
I'm sure all this sneaking around cramps their style.
Hey! Remember...
Family values don't stop at the Rio Grande...
"...Gaithersburg, Wheaton, Rockville and Takoma Park."
OK, building a list of places NOT to move to...keep 'em coming...
"He suffered minor injuries and was flown to a local hospital for treatment."
Not to undermine the problems with illegals and MS-13, but why in the hell would they fly someone to a hospital with minor injuries?
FLOWN to a hospital for MINOR injuries? Guess who gets to pay for this flight?
I guess when you aren't paying the bill, only the best will do.
Weren't the MS-13 the pussies that were going to take on the Minutemen in Arizona and then didn't show? What a bunch of damned lightweights.
Unless he was the governor, they wouldn't.
OK, building a list of places NOT to move to...keep 'em coming...
Anywhere within a 25-30 mile radius of DC is not a place to move to. In a few years it'll be 40 miles if things keep going the way they are.
Ten years ago I would have said within the DC Beltway.
4.1 miles from my house. Great.
For Freepers who don't know the area, it is not a bad neighborhood. Typical suburbia.
You what really stinks? I live 4 miles from where this took place.
I'm a Sabillasville native...that's about six miles north of Thurmont.
We always figured that Frederick was too close. =]
Well we all know that illegal aliens have superior rights to citizens and free deluxe medical care is just one of them.
That doesn't sound like MS-13. They carry guns. The ones I have seen have shaved heads and don't say much. They are clean, neatly dressed and have a chilling confident look about them that scares the crud out on me. I've heard of them killing their own family members.
pete,
S'okay. Sometimes it *IS* me what really stinks.
I'm not proud. But I can own it.
It's a BIG bill! A family member was just flown from a crash site to a hospital, and the bill (for the flight alone) ran almost $7k! Talk about money with wings!
LOL
