In a further development the SCOTUS has declared The Constitution "a crime against the judiciary..."

What conservative court? I count 5 liberals, One philospohical schizophrenic (O'Connor) and three Conservatives.

Yeah, but the most freq-mentioned is Rehnquist, who's usually sane. So at best, it'd be no gain. And then O'Connor, who is occasionally sane. Little gain, maybe some.

We need Ginsburg or Souter or someone to leave the Court, and be replaced by a conservative.

Dan

So when is the majority going to get out a ladder, climb up and cover the display of the Ten Commandments on their own friggin' building.

I'd be glad to hold the ladder for them. Really, I wouldn't be tempted to shake it a little bit with one of them up there. Not at all.

A five to four ruling. Sickening.
