Yeah, but the most freq-mentioned is Rehnquist, who's usually sane. So at best, it'd be no gain. And then O'Connor, who is occasionally sane. Little gain, maybe some.
We need Ginsburg or Souter or someone to leave the Court, and be replaced by a conservative.

SCOTUS Rules Ten Commandments NOT allowed at KY CourthouseSo when is the majority going to get out a ladder, climb up and cover the display of the Ten Commandments on their own friggin' building.
I'd be glad to hold the ladder for them. Really, I wouldn't be tempted to shake it a little bit with one of them up there. Not at all.
