Today, June 23, 2005, the Supreme Court totally defied history, abdicated their duty to insure justice, ignored our Constitution and trashed the rights of We the People by depriving us of our right to private ownership of property.

Wouldn't hold my breath waiting for Congress to act.
I can see our duly elected officials now preparing their speeches of outrage in an attempt to calm the little folk. It will only be rhetoric; in two weeks it will be back to business as usual.
We are only fodder for their political games. The Dems and the Repubs show very little difference in regard to Domestic policy. In the end, they will circle the wagons for each other before they will stand up for us.
We have been snookered by the bait; now we are being reeled in....

This is new?? Isn't this the way America acquired the Indians land? Eminent Domain is alive and well, but then, it always has been. When they come to get yours you will know how the American Indians felt. (rather helpless)
