He told me and a Detroit radio show that Muslims are no more representative of Qaeda and Hamas than Timothy McVeigh is representative of Christianity. Actually, McVeigh was an atheist.

Bump.

No, producers told me. "Morgan wants the show to demonstrate to America that we are Islamophobic and that 9/11's biggest victims are Muslims."

Big surprise!

The entire series is nothing more but a PC commercial for the DNC.

Islam, The Alleged Religion of Peace® ( TARP™ )? Click this picture:

No, I am not exaggerating. Click the pic, go to "last," and read backwards.
If you are not informed about this stuff, you will be made sick. If you are informed, you will be made mad, all over again.

I remember hearing the promos for this show, where they say "Learn what's its like, living as a Muslim in today's America."

I thought to myself, it's probably alot like living as a Jew, Hindu, or Christian in today's America.

If Spurlock wants to do an informative and interesting show, he should try living as a Christian in today's Saudi Arabia or Sudan.

The title about supersized islamist should properly relate to a TV adaptation of a story from the "Arabian Nights", where a pious Muslim was granted by Allah three wishes as a reward for his piety.
At his wife's instigation he requested becoming supersized, and was instantly made so to such an extent that he could not even move. So, again on the advice of his wife, he requested to be rid of such a calamity - and lo, he became a eunuch. The third and last wish was - again with the major input from his wife - spent by him on his request to be restored to the status quo ante.
This short story has been begging for centuries to be adapted as a TV miniseries, and it is good that Morgan Spurlock is finally attempting it. Say, a story of each wish could be made into a separate episode...

So the truth finally comes out: Morgan Spurlock is just another anti-American asshole.

Much thanks, Debbie.

I watched some of it last night.
I have two observations:
1. Stacy IS a moron, the quintessential mark.
2. The show itself was pure agitprop. It made no attempt to confront the Muslims featured within with the very good reasons we of the West have grown to distrust them and their creed. It was content, through selective editing and careful situational construction, to paint Muslims as salt-of-the-earth good people, and the American on the street as a xenophobic racist.

In fairness, he might be trying to present a more balanced view of Muslims. However, to call them the "real victims of 9/11" is beyond absurd, it is insulting. The real victims are those, living or dead, who had the misfortune to be within range of a homicidal nutjob.

Maybe most Muslims living here are law-abiding citizens. But I still don't trust them. With the younger generation out of control, getting so caught up in tragically misplaced idealism, it's a very scary situation.

Yet another instance of the feckless (or invidious) political left undercutting real moderate Muslims by presenting extremist Muslims as moderate.

It's almost like they do this on purpose. In fact in some cases I'm sure they do.

After all it's standard practice for the extreme left to purposely create schism in society, set economic/ethnic/religious groups at each others' throats, suppress moderation, all while loudly and cynically claiming they're about the exact opposite. And sadly the not-quite-so-extreme left seems to have adopted the same tactics wholesale, excepting only that they're stupid enough to actually believe, regarding motivation and intent, what their more radical brethren put forward as propagandistic and often conscious lies.

Mohammedans eat, sleep, and pray. Therefore, they are just like us. Any questions?
