Whatever.
Exactly, and that's why vigilantism will never work. Despite what a lot of freepers here seem to think, vigilantism is born in the heat of the moment, and as I said earlier, that's just fertile soil for all manner of evil.
Bumping your post...with the link.
I'm going to be ill....
What state are you in that has these lax laws?

The suspect, who many residents reported seeing the night of the alleged crime, was identified Thursday night as Alfredo Lopez Cruz.
Cruz has many aliases, including Alfredo Lopez Cruiz, Mario Martinez, Richard Martinez, Richard Mario Martinez and Armando Fernandez.
Police say six people have identified the man in the photo as the man they saw kidnap and rape a girl Sunday night in Hamilton.
Anyone with information on the suspect's whereabouts are urged to contact the Hamilton Police Department at (513) 868-5811, extension 0 or your local law enforcement agency.
The identification of Cruz has involved 18 Hamilton detectives, as well as the FBI and law enforcement officials from West Chester Township, Butler County and Hamilton County, according to Hamilton Lt. Scott Scrimizzi, the commander of the investigation.

News 5 Uncovers Details On Rape Suspect
HAMILTON, Ohio -- News 5 uncovered startling details about the man accused of raping a 9-year-old Hamilton girl this month, including a crime that could have sent him out of the country.
Alfredo Lopez Cruz was behind bars in Butler County more than one year ago on traffic and drug charges.
Paperwork showed Cruz used two different names on arrest documents and he was believed to be an illegal alien at that time, News 5's Brian Hamrick reported.
Cruz was released and told to return for his sentence, but that was the last time officials saw him.
"This is the tip of the iceberg," said Michael Brandabur, an immigration lawyer.
Suprise!
