Terri Schiavo's husband buried her cremated remains in a Clearwater cemetery Monday, inscribing on her bronze grave marker that ``I kept my promise.''
David Gibbs, an attorney for the woman's parents, Bob and Mary Schindler, said inscribing the marker that way was a nasty political statement by Michael Schiavo, who held the service and burial Monday before telling her family.
``Obviously, that's a real shot and another unkind act toward a grieving mom and dad,'' Gibbs said.
After earlier announcing plans to bury his wife's ashes in their native Pennsylvania, Michael Schiavo instead interred them at Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park in Clearwater, near Tampa, his attorney, George Felos, said in a short news release Monday.

We don't make fun of FR.
We make fun of you.
ROFLMAO!
The autopsy only treats the condition of the brain AFTER two weeks starvation. Where is the document to speak to her brain status BEFORE the tube was pulled? I would like to see that document. Perhaps then I might change my mind.
Thanks, Texas Deb.
Of course. Any evidence which conflicts with your fantasy world is only more evidence of the conspiracy.
There is when you have denied the therapy needed to recover the ability to swallow.
Failing that, you also forbid any test of the swallow reflex.
And you deny Holy Communion out of fear that she might swallow.
And you threaten to sue the nurses who were giving her Jello which she could and did swallow.
Once again, vegetables don't swallow. Terri swallowed. She wasn't a vegetable.
I am only expressing my viewpoint of those words, and how suspicious I am of their truth...not Peach's viewpoint or yours. I have deep reservations that Michael Schaivo was all that beneficial to his wife's condition.
I have no words. The more they post, the more they show their ignorance.
Off to do a few things besides argue with people who don't know what they are talking about :-)
You keep saying that, have you convinced yourself yet? Nobody else either thinks its important or thinks you're correct.
Well, that certainly makes even less sense than your previous posts.
As I linked, Jackie Rhodes did NOT testify that she was worried for Terri that night. She was also caught in a lie or two during her testimony about other matters.
But don't let the truth stand in the way of your posts. It certainly hasn't until now.
Wrong conclusion.
Oh, and you are required to offer food once a day when you pull a feeding tube, on the off chance that the person's necessity level rises enough so they can take it. This wasn't done, per the court order.
People who are unable to swallow (which by itself is not a positive indication of a lack of awareness) have huge quantities of saliva on them ... constantly. In no pictures or videos of Terri will you find her face covered with drool or anyone constantly wiping it away as would be necessary.
None of whom were questioned under oath, in cross-examination. Nor were even called by the Schindlers to testify.
So would we have all, Dog Gone. In fact that is what so many people were calling for, up to the day they removed the tube, that much I do remember, and yet it was completely ignored.
The autopsy shows what happens to the brain after two weeks of starvation. Would the brain function very well after 8-10 days of no fluid? NO.
Was she dying before they pulled the tube? NO.
Those are the only questions I have been concerned with, yet the 'right to die' people are having a field day waving the autopsy as if it were all that mattered. Why wasn't a conclusive medical examination conducted before they pulled the tube?
Was she dying, malakhi?
Beer counts as water...
;^)
Michael lied, too. But his wishes were followed.
Lying must be okay, I guess.
You never answered mine, though : Was she dying, Peach?
They still have made themselves subject to perjury charges by signing the affadavits and lost their jobs as a direct result.
