Illegal immigrants accessed nuclear weapons facility

WASHINGTON (CNN) -- Sixteen illegal immigrants gained access last year to one of the most sensitive weapons sites in the country, according to a report issued Monday by the Department of Energy's inspector general.

The inspector general's investigation found the illegal immigrants were construction workers on jobs at the Y-12 National Security Complex near Knoxville, Tennessee.

The workers used "false documents" and "gained access to the ... site on multiple occasions," the report said.

The report details how the workers, apparently using fake green cards, were able to obtain access badges.

A good clue that a document is forged, is that they tried to sign their name on that little line with a can of spray paint.

That's not a "nuclear weapons facility." Last I checked, it was on its way to becoming a museum.

The obvious response is that security at the site needs to be improved, but the antis will say "seal the borders."

To a three year old with a hammer everything is a nail. To the antis, the solution to every problem is to seal the border. Pointing out to them that it would be impossible to seal the borders doesn't even phase them.

If the antis were around when Will Rogers proposed heating the oceans up to 210 degrees to destroy the German submarines, they would have probably thought it was possible..

The area where I live is being flooded with illegals. There are also a couple of plants contracted by the government to render harmless chemical weapons.

Unfortunately, far worse "security" breaches have occurred. One of those that made MSM, including Readers Digest, was when some illegal immigrants trying to hide crawled up a drain pipe .

They had found a way into a storage bunker where nuclear bombs were being stored. They were spotted by the guards and removed. But the lax security seems to have metastasized.

Ultimately, it is impossible to armor a free society. What we will have to do is make it clear to all who wish us ill, that the price of acting out against us is total and complete annihilation.

America should return to the Roman practice of keeping peace, but always at a profit. That way, the Saudi's would not dare support mosques inside America which teach jihad against America.

Secondly, the price of oil to America would be set by America to assure that said price more than offset all our costs over the world to assure safe drilling, shipping and refining of the oil upon which the entire world's economies depend.

My brother was in the Strategic Air Command in the 1970s. The CINC was asked in an interview, "How secure are SAC bases?"

This constitutes immigration document fraud. These illegal aliens ought to be put on trial for this, and if found guilty, they should serve time in prison. Then after their prison time is completed, they should be deported, permanently.

The illegals were just trying to get out of sight, the guard staff were diligent (one hopes) but this was a design fault.

The entire sensor array (lots of 'em, too) were designed to protect against forced entry to the building. The illegals found a culvert without any bars of it.

As I remember the article said that a rancher called the base and told them there were people inside the fenced nuclear storage area.
