duct tape can be used for alot of things including windsufing and that would explain why it would be handy in ones car..
I would think that lovers would take their cloths with them when they leave the beach..

YEah, I always keep a roll of duct tape, a roll of plastic sheeting, a shovel, some knives, and a saws-all in my white panel van. Oh, and some prophylactics (gloves and condoms). You never know when they'll come in handy.
