This thread is both informative, interesting and wildly speculative and redundant. I read all of thread one ... while I respect the enthusiasm of a few posters for keeping it going, finding related posts, caring and questioning everything; they are also reposting the same reports and excerpts from other threads time after time ... like the posters can't check back for themselves. Makes for tiresome reading the reposting after about the fifth time.
A few seem very sensitive about any comment that doesn't 100% agree with them. They immediately go for the kill. It does not belong to anyone. It is a forum and a discussion site. This is for everyone's opinion that chooses to post their ideas, questions, perspectives, criticisms, etc.
Your post was as accurate as any the other posters have made.
We all get a little tense as we want Natalie to be found and we are helpless ... really.
Let's live and let live. Chill.
we're we cordial?.....hardly.....Lol....just got along to get along........lol
Speaking for myself, I cringe when I see things that I know will upset the family members. I'm all for a wide-open discussion normally, but this is a little different. The majority of Natalee's family & friends are stateside and the Internet is the best way they can stay informed.
To my knowledge, there are about 3 or 4 main websites everyone seems to be visiting to keep up with Natalee: FreeRepublic, Scared Monkey, and Riehl World View. I know the other 2 sites are trying to be cognizant of the fact that NH's relatives and friends are using their site daily to keep up with things in Aruba. In fact, one of those sites even has them posting, if I'm not mistaken.
We can either be civil and follow the Golden Rule, knowing Natalee's family & friends are reading, or we can follow our usual format of "everything goes." That's the way I see it anyway.
There are new people joining the thread, some just pop in for the updates or latest, some won't be reading the previous 4,000 posts, so I just scroll past the repeat postings.
