Some case info to go along with this map...
(as far as I know this is all correct)

The Island is 6 to 7 miles deep by about 20 miles long

B-1 = California Lighthouse - where the boys claim they took her first after leaving the Bar.

D-3 = #4 is the location of the 2 Marriott Hotels - where the 2 brothers (and now Joran) claim they dropped Joran and Natalee off after leaving the lighthouse -  the 2 brothers claim they went home to Hooiberg after that.

D-3 = #19 is the location of the Holiday Inn where Natalee was staying.

G-5 = Where the red #2 marker is pointing to is the area that the Carlos & Charlie Bar is located

D-4 = Township of Montana is where Joran lives

F-7/8 = Hooiberg (Haystack Mountain) - The 2 Kalpoe brothers live in this area at the foot of the Haystack Mountian.

C-9 = By the Natural Bridge on the map is the location where the sharks hang out as they are fed at this location. This is the Shark Infested Feeding Area.

E-3 = Wetland in the Bird Sanctuary is the location where they found the Condoms/Condom Wrappers - Duct Tape (looked like black electrical tape to me) - Female Flowered Panties - and a String or Strap from a Bikini or Halter Top.

The one girl was "Natalee's" best friend. One of the girls stated that they left about 1am, WITHOUT Natalee. What was Natalee doing that she couldn't leave with her friends? Was she even still at the casino.

I thought Natalee was at Carlos N' Charlies at 1 am not the casino?

Re: The "girl friend", "best friend" chatter on here:

Earlier there was a post by Dash's mom (one of the girls on the trip). She stated that Natalee's "best friend" was not on the trip. Not even her very good friends were along. All the kids who went were friends but her closest friends did not go. So, even though it does not excuse any of them stopping her from going in the car (if she did that on her own), it was not her best friends who were there to do that. At least according to Dash's mother.

But, some of the things she has written also raise questions. As I said before, there seems to be a lot of twisting of the truth on all sides. For what reason is the question. I just wish, however, Natalee could be found and the reasons could be worried about later. The effort to find her does not seem to have as much energy behind it there (not by Nat's family, however) as does all the legal games, positioning, PR efforts, etc.

I just want them to find Natalee and then all the rest can be done later.

If you got in a car coming out of a bar w/three guys you just met and you waved to your friends (supposedly) what would your best friends do? We have to speed the time up to NOW (35 yrs ago things were a bit different - no ecstasy,etc).

There is a young dark-haired Aruba woman on the last few days who is really obnoxious - "We do not know if any crime has even been committed" - and then launched into an Aruba C of C speech

Seventeen - and still driving illegally under eighteen years old the day he was arrested

99% of what I pick up is on FR and FNC on this story - Aruba is an education in corrupt inept authority and personal ethics for us all

Johan - again - allegedly changing his story again - yet no charges on any counts so far forthcoming

Lying to investigators for starters - add the relatively dinking - videos of him driving and drinking in a club under age - stack up the stuff - and see what he starts wailing about next

I imagine Aruba gets tough on some locals and tourists -

Otherwise a tiny 6 mile side by 20 mile long island would not have such a large prison we see on TV every day

I guess that is where they keep all those who never commit any crimes on Aruba - as that is what all locals seem to claim on TV daily -

If I stick with my suspicions that Natalee met her fate in Jorans care, then all that remains is "did he dispose of her body by himself...or did he have help and who"...AND if he confesses, he is going to take someone to prison with him.

BTW, since his Father seemed to be in a coma that night, Joran could well have carried Natalee out to his OWN car and dumped her by himself...right?

No real news today except Shep reported that the authorities put the brothers and JVDS is the same room and VDS chnaged his story about which brother picked him up, after the one brother asked VDS "why are you lying?"

Is it just me, or does anyone else know why in the HELL the authorities are letting any of these guys have ANY contact with each other?

I've also heard (I think Greta reported it) that van der sloot's mom has been able to see their son, but not the dad.... Whooopeeeedoooo! Be sure the mom isn't coaxing him to keep his mouth shut.

Basically, she is a very responsible, well-loved child to everyone here.

I find it odd that an 18 year old would refer to their best friend who is 18 as a 'child' and not, friend, young woman, young adult, etc.
