You are quite right...why demean animals by comparing them to those vile and addled creatures?
White trash? White trash would have retaliated to the threats and assaults the creatures heaped upon the SOS folks.
Since you are the first to mention skin tones I'd like to point out that white trash were plainly visible there...amidst the flags of Mexico and Che Guevara. I thought it especially odd how, while that hateful horde was screaming about racists, Nazis and the KKK, one Latino accused another standing with the SOS people of being a "race traitor".
But some are now more equal than others - just ask the law enforcement personnel who were there studiously studying their shoe shines.
