It says just what Durbin read. Read the one just above it. Why didn't he choose that one?

To force someone to listen to rap music is pretty harsh. Thirty minutes of some rap bands and I will confess to anything to get it to stop. I guess I could get more excited about all this if it were not for what these terrorists did to us on 9/11. It is time for people who have forgotten about 9/11 to watch that documentary something "... Sacred Ground" It is hard to watch more than a few minutes at a time.
I cannot believe that Dick Durbin can take himself seriously.
If we were like the NAZIs, these Gitmo detainees would be dead already.

Great.
In any court of law, this document would be considered hearsay, uncorroborated and inadmissible.
Yet doofus ran with it; the pompous ass is not only clueless, but unconscious.
He certainly, in his position, should know better.

I don't see anything documenting gas ovens, mass graves, forced marches, or anything else that would remotely compare to gulags or Pol Pot. Am I missing it?

One question keeps popping up in my head -
if in fact a detainee was chained - WHY was he chained? When using restraining force or restraints period, the guards or policemen have a very good reason for doing so.
The question is....why was this detainee being restrained?

So, we should treat him as a muslim would treat him?
OK, strap a bomb belt on him and blow him up. Or cut his head off with a dull knife.
To: OXENinFLA
Where's the part where we cut their freaking heads off?

I've read the memos.....
Durbin is madder than a hatter.
To: OXENinFLA
"...on another occasion...extremely loud rap music was being played in the room..."That's it!
That sort of treatment is just plain inhuman!

Dems don't support the mission, the President, the War, or the Military. So what is it the dems support? They support young healthy men. In their prime. And the cute uniforms they wear. Period.
And if that's not the case, I would like someone to ask them what they do support. Because just liking healthy young men isn't enough. And it's creepy.

I just reaized how many times I have been tortured on the streets with cars next to me blaring rap music. Sometimes my air conditioner would go on and off, too. Sleep deprivation, oh how many nights? Someone yelling at you and pissing on what you hold dear? Anyone have an ex wife?
All this sounds like a day in the life of many an American.

The Al Queda terrorist handbook instructs them to complain about torture if they are captured. It's probably still available on the web for downloading.

I just heard on a local radio talk show that this talk show host hadn't been able to find the memo that Durbin was talking about anywhere today...
I started to laugh, but then he said the Sen. Warner said today, that HE couldn't find the memo anywhere, and he doesn't know where Durbin got the memo!
If you could get it, Oxen, then why couldn't Sen. Warner?

Turbin Durbin and the rest of the Dems that condone this guy by saying nothing are killing Americans.
We should go back to the old way, the only way of dealing with illegal combatants. Line them up and shoot them!
