Ok not that I'm saying that the investigation shouldn't happen, but where is the effort to change the Florida statute. Michael Schiavo wasn't really functioning as Terri's husband by the fact that was shacked up with this other woman and had two children with her. He was her husband on paper...that's it. The law governing these matters needs to be changed, tweaked, or something.

Now she's dead, and if Michael was involved in her death, he might possibly be prosecutable.
