Seems to me that the investigation should have been done BEFORE she died.

But glad to see it is getting done now. Should have been done at the time of the incident.

Ok not that I'm saying that the investigation shouldn't happen, but where is the effort to change the Florida statute. Michael Schiavo wasn't really functioning as Terri's husband by the fact that was shacked up with this other woman and had two children with her. He was her husband on paper...that's it. The law governing these matters needs to be changed, tweaked, or something.

It should have been done long ago. From what I understand, McCabe refused.

But it's better than nothing.

I think the statute of limitations had passed by the time her parents saw the radiology reports a few years back.

Now she's dead, and if Michael was involved in her death, he might possibly be prosecutable.
