Cuba-Venezuela-China alingning more and more recently. I hate to say iot, but this is shades of the
Dragon's Fury Series of Novels which warns about this very thing, among others.
We'd best be very vigilant about the developing geo-political situation IMHO. This is right here in our back yard.
