It's amazing the feds hoist HIPAA on providers, then expect a massive exchange of medical records data. Sounds like a grand scheme to collect HIPAA fines.

I think there needs to be a bill proposed to send Durbin to Iraq to interrogate this terrorist. No handcuffs, enclosed room, just good ole fashion guy to guy talk. Durbin doesn't need any training because he knows it all.
