It's amazing the feds hoist HIPAA on providers, then expect a massive exchange of medical records data. Sounds like a grand scheme to collect HIPAA fines.

The FBI records found in Hillary's possession come to mind...

OK in the House Pelosi is trying to pass an amendment in the defense appropriations bill, that the President be given 30 days to present a sucess strategy for Iraq!
