I'm sure there are plenty of people with shriveled/granulated brains that only have a few surviving neurons who are awake, coherent and "home". Of course, I've never encountered any of them....would you care to name a few for us?
Since the judges didn't bother to disprove the tape that was allegely her voice, I think it's safe to say that this autopsy needed more sunlight. It needed 'bipartizan' witnesses. It needs a publicly aired video tape if not that, and until that time, it's drivel. The judges blew it. They left a door of accusation wide open when they failed to investigate the authenticity of that tape. And their lack of curiosity and concern for a human life is damnable.
