And the *WHOLE* state of Florida is in on "the fix". Let my family have the courage to carry out my wishes and let me *DIE* !!! I'm with you on that. This Culture of DisrespectTM of people's rights is ridiculous. A person's own wishes, preferences, rights should come before "life at all costs"...IMO. Plus, let's keep the government out of marriages.

In a nation whose primary founding principle is respect for the inalienable right to life, suicide can never be approved. Society may not be able to stop every one, but it should never put its stamp of approval on it. And the government of we the people has every right to 'intrude into families', if one family member intends to murder another.
To suggest otherwise is pure foolishness...

Unless you have forgotten there was no clear expression of wishes or intentions by Terri Schaivo. The up roar came as the result of a belated, and highly suspect claim by a wayward husband and a large malpractice settlement. besides, when did the courts get excluded from consideration as government interference?
