Frankly, other than a plaque to commemorate a tragedy, there is no reason for any museum, other than one suggested below. There is no point in celebrating the hit we took. (And, indeed, having museums designed to attack American culture, would indeed be a form of celebration for the hit we took.)
On the other hand, there is something that should be commemorated some place, and that is the absolutely incredible heroism of New York Fire Fighters, who rushed in to almost certain death, to try to save others. The proposed museums, dedicated to other interests and other folks, are the exact opposite, however, to any form of recognition for those genuine heroes.
I hope that some one with a sick sense of humor is "pulling all our legs," over this report.
