If Howlin defended Michael Schiavo, I would love to see proof.

Jeff, most child molestation victims do not press charges True. My EX son-in-law molested a young teen-aged boy and the father wouldn't let him tesify. So, he cleaned the highways for six months in an orange jump suit and went on his merry way.

"Uh, maybe because Jackson is a predator and picks on poor kids from bad families that people would never believe?"
Maybe...just maybe...hmmm...

Very early into the trial the jury was reported to be laughing and joking about different witnesses while they were on a lunch break. I remember hearing that too. It was claimed that a couple of jurors were laughing and saying, "Oooh, Michael Jackson molested me!" after one of the alleged victims cried on the witness stand. Was it ever determined that this actually happened? It sort of "went away" and I never heard any more about it.

My head (and heart) hurts.
I am especially sad for those little boys out there that are the next victims.

"The women jurists said .. what mother in their right mind would let their child sleep at Jacksons
Is she claiming that she believes Jackson slept with the kid??"
IMHO...even if the kid slept in a guest house nowhere near MJ's bedroom...KNOWING the accusations from the past...the question is valid..what mother in their rightmind would let their kid stay at MJ's house?
As a parent...I wouldn't.

How do you know? That's all they have said so far that has made any sense to me. They all keep saying the same thing. The mother snapped her fingers at us. Well, boo-freaking-whoo. Where did the kid get all the alcohol, porn magazines, why does Michael sleep with little white boys?
They took a vote on the FIRST DAY and ALL voted NOT GUILTY according to Shep Smith, Fox News.

You are not allowed to pick on Dumbo because he is in a wheelchair. So he is allowed to be as utterly stupid as a human being could be.

OMG, one juruor just called michael jackson, "normal". You gotta be shi****, ....er...joking, right?
Did he mention on which planet Jacko would be normal?
To: txradioguy
The jury believe the defense atty and put the mother on trial rather the real defendant MJ.

The old man behind the foreman seems intelligent to me. The others may or may not be, but they certainly aren't very good in front of a press inquiry.
The bottom line is that the evidence was weak in this case, and the DA made it harder to get a conviction by throwing in alot of silly conspiracy charges. The timeline on the main charges of molestation didn't pass the logic test either.
To: HairOfTheDog
What is the context for the snapping fingers? It sure had a lot of impact.... Anyone know? Not sure .. the one juror said she didn't like the mothers attitude because of the snapping of her fingers

Shep Smith just said that pretty much from the beginning of deliberations, it was not guilty.

Would you want to go in front of a jury, talk about the absolute most embarrasing things in the world, and then find out the guy that did them to you, is free to do it somemore?
I bet that is why the guy from 10 years ago didn't testify..he probably KNEW that MJ was gonna walk!!!
