The problem is we don't serve dinner at school. We got breakfast and lunch in the bag. Plus, they have to be able to wander if there 365 days out of the year.

It's frickin food. It's not that expensive if you cook it yourself. Of course if you buy prepared frozen food or eat at McDonald's all day you will be broke really soon.

A friend of my grandmother's lives on a food budget of around $20 a month and she's not starving.
