Per Fox News...
Last night on BOR, one of Natalees girlfriends (not her roommate) said that she herself had laid out by the pool till 5am that morning.
Now, that statement is neither here nor there when it comes to Natalees disappearance, but it does show that the kids do "odd" things when away from home.
And yes, Natalee could have been abducted by someone other than the boys. HOWEVER, why did the boys originally say they dropped Natalee off when in fact they didn't? Got to keep going back to that.
Ironic, I was reading that line just as FOX guy was repeating it.
From what I have heard, you CAN go in there like a cowboy. If correct, it was explained that in Aruba the rights of society trumps the rights of the individual.
Further, no warrants are needed. Nor is probable cause.
I am paraphrasing, but this is how someone explained it on one of the FOX p.m. shows. Can someone confirm or deny?
I agree if the boys are innocent why are they lying?
Just like Scott Peterson who lied from the beginning there was never any doubt in my mind that he murdered Lacy.
I did consider the possibility that they dropped Natalie off alone at the Marriot, but again that wouldn't explain the text message.
I'm thinking that maybe Snoot got a hold of Jamie and had him ditch her body either out to sea or on another coastline.
There were three guys. I doubt she could have gotten away from the three of them. I think they all 3 took turns with her. It isn't like Snoot ahd met the love of his life and was treating her special or anything. Nope. I think they all used her, and she didn't get away from them.
I think either the date rape drug didn't work, or wasn't used or wasn't strong enough, or they didn't use enough, or she didn't drink enough of it, that she knew what was goin on and who her attackers were. She could ID them and I think that is where things fall apart for the guys.
Maybe the text message was just to get together and fix their alibis because fingering the security guards didn't work.
These three have changed their stories too much to be innocent. jmo

I think part of why this story is getting more attention is because Natalee's mom is there pressing buttons.
The three guys stories, that's the key.
If it was that simple why would he not tell police this?
I also heard that a suspect can be held and interrogated up to six hours before calling an attorney.
Rip..your comment about all 3 boys having their way with Natalee is what I had suspected from the beginning.
After they gang banged her, they may have realized she could report them to LE and that's when Natalee met her fate. "A bad thing happened to Natalee"...Yes..them.

Yep. The difference between this evening's fun and most others for them was that she wasn't willing and she could ID them. Maybe the stuff that looked like blood was a beverage that they had doctored up for her, but she wouldn't drink it, and she hadn't gotten into the car willingly either and maybe she said she was going to go to authorities about that as well.
I think they got her in the car by the two brothers driving real slow and Snoot grabbed Natalee and tossed her in. At first she might have thought she was still ok, because she recognized them and they probably told her that they were going to give her a lift to the hotel. Once she realized that wasn't happening all heck probably broke loose.

I keep trying to remind myself that Aruba's law enforcement officials have had very few murders to solve in the past. I'm afraid though that a very fine line exists between inexperience and ineptitude.
I agree. I think he is a user and at times even uses his friends.
I understand the reluctance to consider another possibility. But, I think Natalee was just a little drunk upon leaving Carlos & Charlies. Nothing that I have read suggests that she had been given a date rape drug. I think that the " Three attacking her " scenario is implausible. At least one or all of them would have been scratched or otherwise marked in some way by Natalee. We have no evidence of that. I am going strictly by what we know, ok? I am very uncomfortable with her walking from near the Marriott, where they were searching recently, and heading back to the Holiday Inn at 2:00 a.m. Doesnt look like a place I'd want my daughter to be walking through at two in the morning.
I think I covered that in my post, that she may not have been given the date rape drug, that would mean she could ID her attackers. 3 guys, one of them huge, holding a 110 pound girl is going to render her pretty much motionless.
Good Point. I figured someone with political aspirations would have jumped on this with both feet. Damn!! I forgot, Natalee was not from New York. I would love to see some American Leadership, from the upper echelons start "busting some moves."
