"...Curac'l on Canal..."
What the heck is "Curac'l on Canal"??? Anybody know?
That makes me mad too. You are right, the publicity will help but I don't think undercover agents (Venezuela) would work.
We pay for all these satelites and hopefully the will be improved to look in at these places & identify victims so they can be rescued. In the meantime....minimal sentences like the one you wrote of should get lots of publicity. Maybe an enraged public will get the prosecuters & judges to take this crime seriously.
Post #34 you quoted someone else about "white slavery." This is something that I am hearing for the first time.
I hope all theses previously unpublicized disappearances cause a serious dropoff of tourism to Aruba.

Why?
"She was last seen by family members sitting on the balcony outside their cabin..."
I think I remember this story now.
It would seem to me that we are all not getting a true picture of safety in Aruba. Just how many folks have disappeared in Aruba over the past 20 years? That might be a good place to start. I'm starting to think that there is more to this little island than the tourist guides say.

Lets get Bradley back by stopping all foreign aid and travel to these countries until she is returned.
RE Post 7: I will never set foot on aruba. I will never fund a trip to that part of the world by my children.
Iy certainly is " a little known fact" that rape happens on these cruise shipa! It's really chilling to read about it. My heart just ached when I first heard Amy's story, what a living hell for her and her parents.
These cryptic messages appeared on the USENET, one right after the disappearance, the other a few months later.
"Beware of the Janki Trader who keeps networks of old alive. Whereever their countrymen have settled their offspring survive. In the Indies East and West, they trade sugar and spice, and precious gems more pleasing and nice."
(Janki is the original form of "Yankee", a perjorative like "Yokel" referring to Dutch colonists).
and dating from the 2nd week of June, 2005:
The Straight Road of Akallabeth
"Bandar Seri, Brunei, Aruba, Alabama, beneath the Straight Path that reaches out where flesh unaided cannot endure, wrapping around coming back in every direction whence it comes. So, the Straight Path, too, wraps around, from all places and all times leading to the same point in space and time, from which the Eye of Creation looks out into the Future, within the direct line of sight of everything everywhere, obscured only by the fog of the CMB. Nothing is hidden from It -- nor from that which see what It sees."
The first message eventually was joined into a larger compilation which also included a message with the "Janki trader" reference in it that made reference to the unusual, recently emerged, situation regarding the 3:1 female:male ratio amongst 20-somethings in the Northern Marianas.
Interestingly, Brunei and parts of Borneo were formerly under the administration of the American Trading Company, and all sits in the midsts of the East Indies segment of the former Dutch empire.
Has any one ever looked into weather these young Girls are still alive? Country buy young girls as slaves. Villagers will take and sell them to who ever will buy. I think Hollow is still alive somewhere. There is no body, even if a shark did take her I think there would be something of a body left.
