Why don't they just call themselves "The Good Party"?
"Constitution" has obvious implications, none of which necessarily hold true. If anything, it's more likely to scream 'irony' the first moment they lose focus.

Hummm... Big political party endorsement and MMP ain't even a year old yet. Reminds me of the ZZ TOP's "Legs."

In other news, the 7 members of the Constitution Party of Ohio also added they like tax cuts, ham sandwhiches, and long walks on the beach :)

You ever notice how these guys are all about self-reliance and personal responsibility on every issue except drug abuse?
When they call for an end to the War on Citizens Drugs they'll get my dollars and votes.

It seems like the only people who are against sealing the borders are those who took an oath to protect us from a foreign invasion - the dumbass politicians!

Great, now get back to me when they support the war on terror.

Well, as long as in Ohio they don't run for more than city council, that would be fine.
If they run a candidate for President in 2008, governor and all that, that would be ridiculous.
All that would be doing is drawing conservative votes to allow the Democrats a chance to win over a Republican.
A protest or wasted vote with that party is a vote for Democrats.

Although I am reluctant to vote for any third party candidate, it is reassuring to know that there definitely will be a pro-life, pro-2nd-Amendment, pro-border-security and pro-national-sovereignty candidate on the ballot.
Hopefully, there will be more than one such candidate on the ballot.

For the record: As critical as I feel compelled to be of the GOP's leadership right now, I still don't support the Constitution Party; primarily due to what I consider to be their totally wrong-headed position vis a vis the War.
I am and will always remain a republican, small 'r', but feel more each day the the Republican Party has seriously lost its way because of the power held by party hacks and liberals who have no conscience and hold to no principle but winning and holding power.

we applaud the efforts of the leaders and workers within the "Minuteman Project"
This is going to leave a mark. Guess I'll have to follow their ideology a little more so I can decide who to vote for when th pubbies continue to ignore us on the immigration issue.

Maybe the Constitution Party needs my support. The checks will be the same except for what I write in the "To" line.
