The two suspects arrested in connection with the disappearance have just been charged with murder, homicide and kidnapping leading to homicide.
I'm not buying the security guards doing it either.
If she had been drugged, what if she was talking to them and died there on the street after the three guys dropped her off? I can see them panicking over that.
Somehow I doubt the hotels would hire questionable people know the risks of having bad characters working the security route. I guess a similar situation would be resorts in Vegas hiring anybody off the street to do security. I don't buy it.
The three guys with the car. My money's on them. They could have seen the security guards as they were speeding away and came up with the alibi at that time. Afterall, they are the last ones to be seen with her alive.
Dutch law - they can't hold people longer than six hours without evidence. They don't have a death penalty.
Of course not, they are just as guilty as the other two. They drugged and took her from the club and conducted a rape party for (5)POS and one drugged incapacitated female victim. The all five colluded together would be my best conclusion. I would not doubt they had done this before, however the vitims were to embarrassed/afraid to report it if left alive. I would like to see them impaled on sharp stakes for this crime. I know it will not happen and they do not have the death penalty. Order in the court here comes de judge Mon.NSNR
Because the three guys in cars admitted to taking her to the beach.
"The three guys with the car. My money's on them."
Ditto.
It is sad reading the posts from people that obviously know nothing about Aruba. The people in Aruba love Americans.
I think the most confuse Aruba with Jamaica or Haiti and don't realize that Aruba is safer than almost any place in the United States.
If that is the case, Americans won't like it.
You can bet there will be outrage if they steamroll innocent working-class folks over John Kerry-types with bad predilictions.
interesting, there is another rumour then, I assume this is also not corroborated that this girl had been spending a lot of time with the one guy, the Dutch national, hmmmm, not just that particular night?
I just get a sense that the truth in this case may indeed be stranger than fiction......
I knew a girl who went on vacation to Mexico (can't remember the city). Fell madly in love with a guy who worked at a resort. She came home, in December she bought a bunch of summer clothes (don't know where) and in January, packed up, moved to Mexico, and has been there ever since (last I heard).
Take a break and read some of your posts.
Don't think of three guys, but as one guy and his two friends. She might have been interested in one of the guys, and went with all three in the hopes of having some alone time with her one guy later.
Interesting. Have they searched the judge's property?
Again, there is no official word that she had sex with ANYBODY, much less 3 guys. Geesh...read CNN and FoxNews online and get some facts.
Holloway was known as a top student and tireless worker at Mountain Brook High School, where she graduated last month before leaving for Aruba with 124 other seniors. Twitty said seven adults went along as chaperones.Missing girl called dependable but naive
You won't like it, but they went along as CHAPERONES!
All I'm trying to do here, is give the two guys who have been accused of this crime their day in court.
The three men who allegedly dropped her off are the same three who have fingered these two guys. I guess whatever these pillars of the community say...it must be so..(sarcasm off)..
Um, look above.
It isn't an internet rumor - it's in the Aruba daily.
The three guys claimed to have had sex with her.
Read the first few words of your post - "It's been reported all over the internet". It's also been reported all over the internet that Liz Claiborne gives tons of money to the satanic church.
It has been reported that Bush and Israel were behind 9/11.
Get some official news...
I agree Jeff, I live in a town that has about one murder a year, about the same population as Aruba, a little larger actually, 90,000 vs 72,000 without tourists I guess and I feel safer in Aruba than some parts of my own town in Canada!
they don't have a forensics team because they don't need one
the most friendliest people you will ever meet there, I mean look at the way the whole island has gone to the trouble to try and find this girl and help out, maybe other witnesses have come forward to squeal on some of these guys
now compare that to Toronto, there is a shooting in front of 100 witnesses in certain neighbourhoods and the cops can't get one person to tell them anything......
