Hey, the dem rats wanted this guy, they got him. This is their tar baby, made in their own image. I hope they enjoy. For the rest of us, say a prayer daily for the well being of howard nut, dean of the demo rat kooks. It's as if he is an RNC mole, installed by the RNC to inflict the maximal damage possible.
Dean's message is loved by the democrat base, but the democrat base, in general, doesn't have any money to contibute diectly to the party.
The more Dean opens his mouth, the better. My only fear about Dean is that he is such a wacko, such a cartoonish figure that it may end up helping Hillary as it will make the media's quest to make her the epitome and very essence of 'moderation' and 'centrism' that much easier by comparing her to this nut. I wouldn't even be surprised if Bill and Hillary aren't privately celebrating everytime Dean goes off on one of his insane rants.

Best analysis I've seen of Dean's tenure was on another FR thread yesterday. The poster opined that the "Toon" gang's sole reason for allowing Dean to get the job was to tee him up for a Hillary "Sister Soulja" moment. Looks like ol' Plugs is surfing FR and decided to pre-empt! I love the sound of Dims quarreling in the morning!

Hillary explored coming out in open opposition to Dean but the Clintons counted the votes and realized that even with their opposition Dean would still be elected Chairman.
Dean will not resign. And as long as he has the support of the state party officals he is safe. He says the things he says because the Rank and File Democrats who run the party on a local basis love him.
The danger for Hillary is Kerry is going to run again with the support of Kennedy. For that battle Dean will be in Kerry's corner. If the media plays up Hillary as the anti-Dean, the base may very well give Kerry the nomination again.
Biden may very well trash Dean, but you will not hear Hillary bash him if she can stay out of the lime light where Dean is concerned.
And the reason you made him the head of your party then, is???
But of course he has no problem with presuming to rein in the President, the Senate or the American people if they get out of line...
Sen. Joe Biden is only trying to get his face on TV. I an't recall rhe last time he said anything of importance.
No I don't suppose Howling Howard Dean does speak for Biden or the rest of the party, they are too slick to reveal their evil thoughts-Howling Howard merely amplifies the inner evil they so desperately wish to keep hidded.
