He is preparing to throw the wealth of the UK into the corrupt pit that Africa has become. It must be nice to be a politician with the ability to confiscate money via taxation and present a magnanimous image of charity at no personal expense.

I'm still trying to get a grip on that one. Europe seemed hopeless, but they may draw back from the brink. Africa may have theoretical rewards, but until corruption, ignorance, and tribalism are addressed, it is not going to change.
