A man who confessed to raping and beating another man he met on an Internet chat room was sentenced to nine years behind bars.
Donald Livingston, 29, told a judge that he and his boyfriend, Charlie Johnson, posed as a 12-year-old girl on the chat room. He said in court Friday that they did that to lure the victim to a park at night.
Livingston said they lured the victim, a 23-year-old Aztec man, to a public park, where the two disguised themselves in black and attacked the man.
Judge Thomas Hynes sentenced Livingston to nine years behind bars for the violent nature of the crime and the lack of remorse.
Johnson, whom authorities say also admitted to the crime, will be sentenced later this month.
Furthermore, just because they raped the "victim" doesn't necessarily make them gay. I know this statement may be mind boggling to some but it is the same psychology as prison rape where the stronger man makes a "bitch" out of the weaker man. The man doing the raping doesn't consider himself homosexual because he has "feminized" his victim.
OOPS! I missed the part in the story where one accomplice was specifically referred to as the "boyfriend."
I guess these dudes were gay.

In this case, I'm pretty sure they are homos because the TV reporter referred to him as the other guy's "boyfriend." They both raped the guy.

The ability to understand the difference in meanings of words is an important, if not crucial, means of communication.
Gay = attracted to member of same sex
pedophile = attracted to children, usually under the age of 13
I'm sure there are gay pedophiles, just as there are hetero pedophiles. I can only assume by your post,.. never mind. You made no sense at all, especially considering the story was very short, and very concise.

I suspect they chose their rape victim for 2 reasons: 1) they wouldn't likely get AIDS from him, and 2) they could hopefully black mail him to get away with their sex crime. They couldn't care less about little girls.

Your flame to the guy that post that was extremely uncalled for. Michael Jackson has been on trial for being just that. If you take the time to do some research, you will find that homosexuals commit pedophilia at a much higher rate than heterosexuals.
