You know, they will find a team of audiologists and testify that the sound causes permanent hearing and brain damage, and because of the damages they become incapacitated blah blah blah. Then some busybody judge in Israel or ICC judge or whoever will decree the tactics as on a par with Sarin gas. ;-)
