So basically, this guy Felt is nothing more than a petty criminal, right? It is amazing to see the MSM slobber over him. Professional Lawmen, at least those with a modicum of integrity, dont leak anything to the press. You should have heard the two liberal twits at work celebrating his "outing"...

I really am sick and tired of how lying, cheating, and stealing has become a chique status.

I knew Beamer didn't do it... No middle name. All the good assassins have three names.

I wonder if he shared anything with the Russians. Seems like a loose cannon living in his own world of self importance. Messiah complex perhaps?

W. Mark Felt came to Washington DC as an aide to Idaho Senator James Pope, an avid FDR "new-dealer" in the 1930s who promoted farm subsidies, government work programs, and attacked the defense industry. He was obviously a Democrat hack. So it's no surprise that Felt leaked FBI secrets obtained in investigations about a Republican Vice President and members of the Nixon administration.

The Wallace shooting by Bremer left the DemocRAT party open to socialist takeover by McGovernites. George Wallace, whose segregationist policies were idiotic (but he was not a socialist), would have won the '72 Dem. nomination if Bremer hadn't shot him. Felt leaking about that investigation makes you wonder if there wasn't more to the shooting in Laurel, MD than meets the eye.

Hmmm...considering Agnew's connection to underworld crime syndicates, this guy is asking for a quick demise.

Could it be possible that Woodward and Bernstein wanted to keep deep-throat a secret because he had axes to grind and that he knew and THEY knew he was breaking the Law which would pretty much put them in the same basket as the people that they were blowing a whistle on? ie "We will break the Law so we can squeal on someone else that is breaking the Law, but we are better people and we will Lie because our cause is good and they are bad"

I think that the house of cards has stood as long as it can, now that any minor players (deep throat) can start huffing and puffing and blow it down so that the World can finally see what happened.

"The former FBI official who revealed himself this week as Deep Throat apparently also leaked information to The Washington Post about two of the biggest stories in Maryland in the 1970s."

Agnew had to be thrown over first so he would not become President. Too much 'plannin goin on out thar'. This was a team effort. Felt, Woodward and Bernstein were position players but who called the signals in this coup?

Ah, what an honorable man. Methinks Felt should have stayed in the shadows. The light of truth isn't doing his legacy much good.

But, on the plus side...Woodward is proving himself to be one heck of a stenographer.
