If true, we'll just be reminded that it's not over, and there are others to take his place.

Yea. Just happens to be buried in Fallujah in one of the worlds largest cemeteries. If America tries to exhume a "body", it will create an uproar again. It's a trap!

Actually, I have fantasized that both he and OBL have many pre-recorded tapes urging their fellow crazies to do that which they are unwilling to do. (My daughter still maintains that OBL is dead.)

This whole Zarqawi death pendulum reminds of an old commercial...

Wax on, wax off.

Yes, but which Al-Zarqawi? The one we're looking for, or was this Joe Al-Zarqawi, the taxi driver in Brooklyn?

Someone should go to the Fallujah graveyard and dig up the recent graves and run DNA tests.

Well, dig him up and check his DNA ... regardless of how many insurgents need to be killed to do it. Then IF you verify it, let's wrap him up in pig skin and rebury him in a concrete bunker. And video tape it and make sure AlJazira gets a copy.

Peace at last!

And if the DNA isn't his, do it anyway so they know what's coming ....

He's dead, he's alive, he's dead, he's alive.....

Common folks lets just make a decision and go with it.

I am highly suspicious of this and wonder if this is to keep pressure off Zarqawi. According to them, it is ok to lie to infidels to achieve the greater good.

First a sucking chest wound; now gutshot. The 'story' just gets better & better. If he's in the ground, let's dig him up (of course the could be planting this story to get US troops to desecrate a muslim gravesite).

Guess "minor wounds" is like getting a "cold" when you are head of the USSR.
