Uh, didn't every neighborhood used to have an ice cream man who sold cones to the kiddies and pot to the teenagers?
From what my husband tells me his neighborhood did!!! I don't think mine did, but then what did I know... I was a goody-goody and much more interested in chasing him down with my bike for a sno-cone! LOL
