An ice cream truck driver is in jail charged with peddling more than snow cones and fudgecicles from his vehicle in Albuquerques South Valley.
The 21-year-old driver, Steven Gonzales was arrested Monday and charged with drug dealing after deputies say he was pulled over with $50 worth of marijuana in his truck.
Im really disappointed, said Lonnie Nettles, who has lived in the area of Barcelona and Wilkinson SW for 50 years. We used to have a good neighborhood. Any more, its kind of going down.
Im really shocked, said fellow neighborhood resident Argelia Barraza. So I guess it will be the last time well ever buy any ice cream.
Deputies report that the bust is the second in two months of a driver for that ice cream truck company.

$50 worth? That's a joke! Costs more for the cops to do the paperwork...Tell it to the kid that reported him, tell that to his parents and neighbors.

Seems to me that meth is a bigger problem than pot. We need to go after the meth and drop the pot problems.
Unless some scumbag is selling it from an ice cream truck to 14-year-olds. Then put him in with the child molesters and throw away the "get out of jail free" card.

Many traditional ice cream trucks play a song called "Turkey in the Straw."
This guy's truck played "Turkey with the Grass."

Just ask cyborg.
As for me, I wear the six-dollar Jerusalem Cruisers from Wal-Mart.

My mom wears them. She swears by them. She says they're comfortable. A friend of hers has flat feet and says they're the only shoes she can fit in.

FOTFL! I wear only designer shoes. LOL. Seriously, just shoes with open toes and a minimum height of 3' heels. The closer I am to standing 6' tall, the happier I am. :)

All I wear are casual shoes for dress and sneakers when I go to town dressed in jeans and a polo shirt, and rugged work boots when I am working in the yard. :)

NIKE is the only company I've found that makes shoes that fit my narrow feet. I like the ones that fit to right about my ankle bone.
