Thanks, again, AB, for doing this thread weekly. A meaningful Memorial Day weekend to all Freepers.
Is Discovery Wings no longer in existance or is that just your cable service no longer showing it, have to look in the UK to see if we still have it or if ours is now the Military Channel?
Drat! Aside from Juliet, the only thing I really miss about FNC is Brit Hume's show: "Special Report: or 'Inside Politics' For People With Brains".
From what I saw the "Military Channel" replaced it.
I have been there many times, snugs, and have not seen that. Thank you. BTW, folks, there was just an ostensible Republican caller on C-Span who was lamenting how we are making everyone hate us. The mod asked her who she would like to see as the Republican candidate for prez in '08 and she said Wes Clark. LOL. NOT a Republican caller, imho.
Morning all.......
Morning, OXEN. There is a conservative woman on C-Span right now whose credentials must be based on the fact that she is a pretty young thing. Way devoid of any facts, unfortunately.
Morning, friends. Settling in with my morning coffee to enjoy the thread, which is usually a whole lot more interesting than the shows themselves.
I'm surprised that there are so few Dem senators on, and especially surprised that McQuisling and Biden don't have their babbling faces all over every show.
At least they seem to be paying some heed to the military aspect of this holiday by interviewing Myers.
Good morning
If Rush, Sean, Hugh, etc ever want to play a clip of who the typical McCain supporter is, that would be the clip.
The Rats are trying to pump up a McCain candidacy because he would be so easy for the media to destroy.
Yup. We need to get there first ;)
They've had me laughing all morning. Lighten up
The mod quoted her a piece I think by Broder about how Bush had had 200 nominees confirmed and then compared it to lesser numbers for Clinton and Bush 1. She changed the subject.
Numbers aren't the point.........
Precisely.
Indeed but the Dems love to twist that fact
