Listening to these pampered leftie media types gives me terrific mood swings. One moment I'm sputtering in rage, and the next minute I'm rolling on the floor laughing out loud and peeing in my pants. I've gotta stop reading these articles.

I saw part of this and thought I was watching the Comedy Channel.
Then I saw the hostile scowl of the hateful Conyers and I realized that this was the followup to the Ohio election "forum". ;-)
These people just can't count--either votes in Ohio or leftist headlines in the New York Times and Washington Post.

ROFL! I guess they haven't read
Newsweek lately or watched the biased nightly newscasts of the Big Three Plus CNN. "Conservative bias" indeed!

The problem for Err amerika is how to get their main constituency to show in the ratings.
Perhaps if there was a law that all burial vaults have radios tuned to Err amerika. Then we will see their true numbers.
To: joeclarke
Sounds like a bunch of 5 year olds kicking and screaming 'cuz they can't get what they want.
This would be fodder for SNL if Conservatives were doing the complaining!

I just checked the Spring ratings for the New York City market. Air America's station comes in at #24 overall.
They've had all this time to grow an audience and tons of free publicity from the liberal press and still their audience runs away. No wonder they're so bitter about it.

Franken is such a putz. I was behind him in the NWA check in at the airport a few years ago. Franken went ballistic (oh, what a shock!) on the woman behind the counter, and a supervisor was called over to deal with him and try to calm him down.
I was next in line, and decided I would counter his tirade by being EXTREMELY pleasant to the woman who was the target of his tirade. She picked up on it, and reciprocated. There were so many pleases, thank yous, and have a nice days exchanged between us it was almost pathetic. You could see Franken get even redder at our exchange of pleasantries.
He was still doing SNL back then, and being a native Minnesotan myself I had always given him a pass on his played out, unfunny skits. I walked away embarrassed he was from my homestate, and my opinion of him has plummetted ever since.

My chiropractor put it best when he told me "These people live so much in their own world and associate so exclusively with their own kind that they come to the conclusion their own s*** doesn't stink."

Sigh. They just don't get it. You can lead a horse to water, but you just can't make him drink. This is what comes from decades of intellectual bankruptcy. They have no good ideas to offer, so they have to try to force people to accept them.
