There may be many problems apparent at NASA and among the U.S. aerospace giants these days, but there also are signs that space exploration is about to undergo a renaissance, with an explosion of creativity unseen in decades.
To explain this conclusion will require telling a personal anecdote, which begins in the mid-1980s.
At the time, I had become fascinated with the sport of caving and was getting involved in several exploration projects. Together with other enthusiasts, we pushed the limits of known caves to find virgin and previously unexplored passages - to go literally where no one had gone before.

Oh please, he takes every picture from mars, then applies his bias to it, and then says that every freaking rock is a piston, or some man made thing.
The guy is a nut, its 95% hype 5% science, and then he asks for money. He put on a show in Phoenix a few years ago, cost a bundle to go to, then all he did is try to sell his stuff, he had no other info than the junk from the Art Bell show.
Its interesting to listen to, but honestly, for 14 months we have had rovers traversing Mars, no sign of life, no broken down spaceship parts, just cold desert. I still think life may be on mars, or was, but not in the sensationalistic and grifting way that Hoaxland does. Just follow this guy for a while, you will see, its the same old stuff, year after year.
Like I say, far as I'm concerned, Hoagland's claims have always checked out. Moreover, anybody who could look at the images of pyramids posted above and think he was seeing mountains or other natural formations needs to see an eye doctor, bad.
That wouldn't be hard.
