What bothers me the most is that the principal seems to have done nothing to deserve Miss Smith's sarcastic commentary. I could at least understand if the guy had finagled his way out of the DUI, but Smith just seems to have gotten it in her head that Duck was going to be her experiment in no-penalty provocation. If she had done it to another student, I feel pretty confident in saying she would have had the slop beaten out of her in the bathroom or on the way home.

I thought graduating seniors were normally 17/18 years old.

Well I suppose you think Bill Clinton's apology and suspension for impeachment meant all of us who wanted him to resign or be removed were just provocative. Many of the Clinton Fans felt that way and were quite keen on beating it out of us ...
