And yet in a bizarre turn of events, "Sheets" Byrd voted in favor of Priscilla Owens' confirmation today! The RATs play games. They will vote for some of these Apellate Court nominees just so when they filibuster the Supreme Court picks they can see "I voted for so-and-so . . ."
It is all one big stinking charade.
