What a mess, we now have 14 rogue Senators controlling the Senate under the direction of John McCain. During the glorious compromise celebration I heard one of them, possibly McCain state that we would definitely see a Social Security compromise come from this same bipartisan group. This can only get worse now that McPain knows he can be effective.

Excellent article. I'm hoping McCain gets his comeuppance for this, and I hope it comes from Frist who I expect will slip the knife in from the front, unlike McCain.
I suggest we call the seven Democrats 'desperate' and the seven Republicans 'temporary'.
