That's a given. There is nothing unusual about voting for cloture and aganist the nominee. It is done all the time by both parties.
The Demodog votes now won't mean much of anything - whether for cloture or confirmation - they will just be smokescreen for how "balanced" they were in their voting.
All I need to know is how they were voting during the last three years... that is the real record.
