The two johns definitely look like they just got caught with their hand in the cookie jar, don't they? And Daddy C looks like he's the one that caught them.

I think he needs to clarify what he just said on the floor. It may be that he was stating that the nuke option would only succeed if Graham and DeWine thought it was an abuse and that he would still call for it. He needs to clarify what he said.

They're pushing for the dems to filibuster? That would be my guess.

Note the tie colors. Who has stripes and who doesn't.
The pallor of the skin. Who has had face work and who hasn't. See how they hold on to each other in a protective (I hope) manner.
I think their Career Dissipation Light just went into overdrive.

I don't think it's a change. The Democrats only filibuster under extraordinary circumstances, and the Republicans only nuke the filibuster with the "Conan Option" under extraordinary circumstances. Once the Democrats invoke their filibuster, the Republicans can nuke it.
The Conan Option -
"Conan, what is best in life?"
"To crush your enemies, see them driven before you, and hear the lamentations of their women."

The Demodog votes now won't mean much of anything - whether for cloture or confirmation - they will just be smokescreen for how "balanced" they were in their voting.
All I need to know is how they were voting during the last three years... that is the real record.

>>SPEAK UP, Reid.....I always have to turn the volumn up when he speaks/mumbles...<< And I have to hit the mute.
I can't even watch him. Last week when I took off work a couple of days, I had C-SPAN on, when the R's were up I was doing inside work (ripping out baseboard) and when the D's were up I went outside to plant hanging baskets.

They use quorum calls as filler between speakers. CSpan doesn't carry the call.

Maybe but I prefer not to be negative all the time. Let's see how it plays out! Don't be so quick to condemn our guys!
