And who is Durkin? A Dick (Durbin, that is -- JohnRob needs to fix the spell-check; we both got it wrong)

LOL. Actually, he gave an oral neigh and sounded a little hoarse. Kerry is no Pal-o-mine-o.

Nobody who voted against cloture for her in the last Congress will vote to approved her in this Congress. The cloture vote yesterday won't tell us who will vote to confirm; it just told us who the moonbats are.

"She's a definite no..."
Don't bet on that. She will vote yes if it is irrelevant. Look at it this way, if she votes yes, will Emily's list and NARAL pull funding from her?
Don't think so.

Sounds like Frist might be getting to the BS clause in the deal where the 14 think the Pres. has to get an OK from the Senate on appointees.

The Over/Under for "Yea" votes is set at 57. Now where did I put the "Place Bets Now" graphic?

His name is Durbin, not that it matters! He's a donk. Levin made the parlimentary inquiry yesterday.

That's a given. There is nothing unusual about voting for cloture and aganist the nominee. It is done all the time by both parties.

Actually, it matters because Dur(k)bin provided the excuse for Inouye not honoring the "compromise".
