Terri Schiavo's estranged husband Michael wasted no time in pursuing what was left of Terri's estate after she passed away on March 31. The disabled woman died after suffering from a painful 13 day starvation and dehydration. Terri died just after 9:00 a.m. on the morning of the 31st and court papers filed with Circuit Court Judge George Greer show Michael's attorneys filed the estate request just hours later.
By 1:35 p.m., Greer had ruled in Michael's favor to receive Terri's estate.

They can compare notes on domestic violence.
It takes awhile to probate an estate but Terri's estate was on speed dial. I guess the paperwork has been ready to go for years and years and the criminal greer just had to sign it. But, first he declared Michael Schiavo dead and then had to correct that. www.theempirejournal.com has that story.
Be sure and read today's article about Hospice Program across the country. Is one in your state?
They'll probably end up having a brew together. Maybe this guy can help Michael get rid of the current POS he's with. I'm kind of surprised MS still has any kind of job but I guess the only people who would be willing to accept his "nursing" care would have to be prisoners. Like you, I would definitely put no MS on my chart.
Greer is useless, evil corrupt (even before this case, the man has a L O N G history of corruption) POS. You should pick your friends more carefully.
I think that MS's goal is to squash anything that implicates him, Greer, or Felos. This is why he filed so quickly, and the judge granted it without review from the clerk. Unless I'm mistaken, ratboy can prevent anyone from making a movie, writing a book, etc. Good thing Mark Furhman got in under the wire.
I'm not able to stand around and picket, but you can bet your keyboard that I will make people uncomfortable, if this comes up as a "movie of the week".
Damn skippy! Thanks!
Greer is no friend of mine but anyone that coven of ghouls surrounding the TS absurdity disapproves of is ok by me. For not knuckling under to their pretenses was an act of high courage. He is an example of why the Founding Fathers made the judicial system something other than a popularity contest.
Just damn. Those were some nasty remarks on that thread : (
Yeah, and they weren't really serious about that God-given-right-to-life comment anyway. /sarcasm
Didn't Jodi's mother die "from cancer" in Michael's home, three months after being diagnosed?
Hip hip, hooray! I'd like to see a lot more house cleaning around here. There are some truly evil anti-Freepers who need to be kicked to the curb.
I wasn't aware it was 3 months. I wonder how much free will she had, or if her passing so quickly was Michael/Jodi's doings? Her $200,000 estate might have been largely chewed up by cancer treatments.
I wonder if she was even allowed out of the house for those three months? Maybe another Rami Rodregiuez?
(no one needs to quote Michael S. to me on this subject since I wouldnt believe anything that POS says on anything)
Hi yu2
Thought you would be interested in this small sample I C&P from the Law offices of Barbara Buxton;
"Although many people may be told that they must spend down their loved ones assets or that their loved ones must be impoverished before they are eligible for Florida Medicaid benefits, planning opportunities exist whereby a person can legally restructure his or her financial situation to qualify for Medicaid.
By qualifying for Medicaid benefits, the applicant will be covered for nursing home expenses, drugs, doctors, and medical equipment. Therefore, qualifying for Medicaid can be worth $60,000.00 a year or more in benefits to the applicant and/or his or her spouse and family. Currently, there are also government programs that can also assist family members in an assisted living facility."
Worth money to have that happen!!!!!!!!!
sp
thanks, I'm not surprised.
I am sure Felos and Bushnell are experts at scamming a 'means test', and that's what happened with Terri's money. If a fiducial auditor ever checked they'd find a goldmine thats
applicable all over the state.
BTTT
The Founders simply didn't pretend the dead was alive or fear death like the Schindlers. TS would have been dead over a decade ago had there not been taxpayer and insurance company money available. Left to private resources such cases are not maintained in an indefinite Limbo.
But if you can defraud (with the help of braindead juries) insurance companies or taxpayers to pay for these pretenses the sky is the limit. How many millions would you pour down that bottomless pit?
That article is about as objective as the New Yawk Times and just as reliable. Of course it is GOLD to anyone claiming anyone was "murdered" when the same exact thing is done hundreds of times a day in this country. People become too damaged to live by disease and accidents unable to ever return to a minimally normal state. Expending enormous resources in ludicrous attempts to deny the obvious is a great waste.
Why are so many supposed Christians so afraid of death? Why do so many supposed Conservatives want Activism from judges? What society can afford to pay these kind of costs? How is it possible?
