Terri Schiavo's estranged husband Michael wasted no time in pursuing what was left of Terri's estate after she passed away on March 31. The disabled woman died after suffering from a painful 13 day starvation and dehydration. Terri died just after 9:00 a.m. on the morning of the 31st and court papers filed with Circuit Court Judge George Greer show Michael's attorneys filed the estate request just hours later.
By 1:35 p.m., Greer had ruled in Michael's favor to receive Terri's estate.

This is how Pinellas probate courts work. If you have substantial resources, you get a guardian who puts the $ into a trust and then it is not available for your care so you go to a hospice and they snuff you. The estate is then divided among the lawyers, guardians, and no doubt the judges (under the table, of course.) The only victims are the dead person and the taxpayers and voila! Pinellas county has a "full-employment" program for the entire legal profession.
No you can't find out anything. The records are sealed and even the auditor hired by the legislature to see what they are doing is not allowed to see them.
Fuhrman's book will be out in just a few weeks, the end of June.
Silent Witness : The Untold Story of Terri Schiavo's Death

I wonder how much there was in the estate.
Michael admitted on Larry King that he had his two parents killed.
Michael also had Terri's beloved cats killed.
Yes, hope that Sean or Rush does talk about this as MSM won't. Will this be the perfect murder?
Why the rush, indeed??? Imo, the money that was supposed to be used for Terri's care, was laundered. This has been in the works for years, and it might be impossible to follow the money.
If CBS chooses to make a movie approved by Michael Schiavo, the backlash from the public will be enormous. It will make the outcry over Dan Blather pale in comparison.
I assume you know that any jack@ss ghoul can do that,
but what a few of them don't realize is JimRob can lookup who
added what, and hopefully that leads to an occasional
housecleaning at FR.
Or at least we can hope.
"" After all, look at all the stock that the defenders of St. Michael put into him (let's just ignore that their "leader", Long Cut, left the forum in a huff). ""
Now that's interesting! Can you explain further what the huff was about, please.
Ah, you made my day!
What you describe is the death industry established by Jim King's "legacy" laws to rob 'em and rub 'em out. That's for the whole state of Florida, not just Pinellas County. Moral of the story: if you value your property, liberty and life, DO NOT retire to Florida. Don't even visit Florida.
Yep, I've got it saved in my amazon cart, waiting till it's out.
Should be a fascinating read.
Don't know, but I would think so. As the "spouse" I think he owns the rights to her story. I don't know if even HE is that desperate for money as it sounds like he's been in hiding since he had her killed. Of course the sensible thing to do would be to let the story die, but Schiavo has seldom if ever done the sensible or decent thing.
Is that an unusual procedure? Did "Judge" Greer have them sealed?
the link to the pdf give me blank pdf?? Do you have another copy to link to?
the link just worked for me. Maybe you have a setup problem on your computer.
maybe try a different browser,
or maybe right click on that link and do a 'save-as' to your hard drive, then try to open the file with some other program than what your browser is trying to use.
or maybe try a different computer
good luck
FUE
It worked to save it. I couldn't make out the cause of death. Is it listed?
It was the perfect crime, as far as legality is concerned. Morally, God Almighty will have the last Word.
I'm not so sure. I just hope someone will make a movie from the Schindler's perspective. FOR GOODNESS' SAKE!!!!!!!!
Anybody got a link to the Empire Journal?
