Terri Schiavo's estranged husband Michael wasted no time in pursuing what was left of Terri's estate after she passed away on March 31. The disabled woman died after suffering from a painful 13 day starvation and dehydration. Terri died just after 9:00 a.m. on the morning of the 31st and court papers filed with Circuit Court Judge George Greer show Michael's attorneys filed the estate request just hours later.
By 1:35 p.m., Greer had ruled in Michael's favor to receive Terri's estate.

It's not in bloggers, it's in news. At least now, when I checked.

>> Michael even paid an extra $5 on March 31st in order to have a photographic CERTIFIED copy of judge Greer's estate Administration letter given to him immediately.
Suitable for framing in his trophy room, next to the death certificate and the leftover insulin bottles.

Michael Schiavo is about as low as they come. Perhaps he'll be a democratic candidate someday?

Well, greer IS blind, ya know....
LOL at a pompous little man in a black robe who will one day have no excuse when he faces the Ultimate Judge....

What? St. Michael is exhibiting behaviour that is less than stellar? I don't believe it. After all, look at all the stock that the defenders of St. Michael put into him (let's just ignore that their "leader", Long Cut, left the forum in a huff).
What a creep Michael is, what a fraud Greer is, and what a lying SOB Felos it.
Things like this are why people hate lawyers and increasingly the judiciary.

Couldn't agree more!!
Empire Journal deserves a Pulitzer prize
for her investigative journalism related
to Terri's plight and demise.
Lord bring your perfect justice to the wicked in
this matter!!

I actually recall reading somewhere that Michael
and Jodi own an insurance agency and the money
was likely invested through it - may be quite
a sizable estate.
It could be in The Empire Journal archives.

Micheal?
Is that you posting all those B.S. keywords?
Or your cheerleaders?

No. Not per se. But he can wave a lawsuit at anyone who does make a movie. He could claim that they are damaging Terri's estate by saying all those horrid things, blah blah.
What he can do, in cutting his own deal, is claim the "authorized" version of Terri's life for a book or movie.

I hope an independent writer does one first showing Michael as the murderer that he is.

Michael will run through that money (whatever that rat lawyer leaves him), before long and look around for more. List of things to do: Increase insurance on wife #2. Her Mercedes, there's a host of possibilities. Fiddle with brakes. (leak in brake line -- nice touch.) Bald tires. Or maybe just get her up on the ladder, cleaning gutters or washing windows. Tragic accident. Wiring around washing machine could be tampered with, have her stand on wet towels and plug in the dryer or, or use the radio falling in bathtub or hot tub gambit. No need to get complicated. Maybe she could choke on a bite of steak, but we don't want a replay of Terri. She has to be stone cold dead.

Apparently liberal CBS is paying him a lot for "movie rights." So look for the pollution of untruth on some Sunday night in the future.

There is no justice in America for people like Terri.
Borrowing from rapper "Sir Mix-a-Lot," all I can say is, "whoomps, there it is!"
I think the same as you about no justice for Terri, but I sit back and think that Felos, Greer amd Schiavo will never outrun the Ultimate Judge, God Himself.
