Again, I still think that the judges who released this confirmed ANIMAL should be held accountable for this punk's actions.

Of course - you should also notice that every bit of video footage FoxNews keeps showing of this punk he is being escorted by a half dozen "Nation of Islam" members. I guess he represents something admirable to them - a violent thug.

He's a proven danger to society. He has proven two more times since his release that he is not fit to live in society. He either needs to be hung from a tree or put back in prison for the rest of his life. PERIOD.

Not even. It's the justice system's fault:

Katherine Federle, director of the Justice for Children Project at Ohio State University, said that by the time Tate got out of prison, it may have been too late to save him.

"Juvenile court systems and adult court systems have become extremely punitive," Federle said. "One reason is that it's politically easy to do that. But once we set off down that path, I don't know if there was ever any chance to rescue Lionel."

Sounds more like we needed to be rescued from Lionel.

Lionel Tate, the youngest American sentenced to life in prison before he was released last year, has been arrested again...

We need a 3 strikes and you're out law for judges.

They should have never let him out the first time, or the second time, this is his third time.

I don't think he was on the street 24 hours before I killed someone.

Did his release really tick you off that much?

Was it the judge, or the defense attorney; or someone on the Parole Board that released him? In any case, I hope whoever you offed deserved it.
